Creative Writing Workshops - Birmingham (11 weeks)

The KSOL Creative Writing Course is an 11 week course designed for children in Year 6 (Key Stage 2) and focuses on increasing children’s creative writing skills, vocabulary and writing techniques.

Children on the Creative Writing Course attend a creative writing workshop at our KSOL Shirley tuition centre for 1.5 hours every week. Here, our dedicated team of KSOL tutors guide the children through a wide range of creative writing exercises and games designed to increase children’s creative thought processes.

As with all KSOL tuition centres, the children can rest assured they will be able to explore their thoughts and imagination in a fun and engaging learning environment. Whilst at the centre the children will be given a whole host of creative writing prompts and short story ideas which they will then be required to expand on in their homework.

All creative writing workshops take place on Saturday mornings at our Shirley tuition centre.

Course start date is the 21st of September 2013.

We will be running the course over 2 time sessions:

Session 1 = 9.30-11.00am
Session 2 = 11.30am-1.00pm

Please be aware places are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Last year this course was over-subscribed,
so please book early to avoid disappointment.
