  • Q. What happens if my child can't do a particular question?
  • A. If a child cannot answer a question, or it is established that a particular type of question is causing an issue. The area of difficulty will be addressed at the KSOL centre, where one of the teachers/tutors will explain how the topic and question should be tackled.
  • Q. If I sign up for the Graduates Package, can I upgrade to Masters at any time?

  • Q. What happens if my child has missed a test or goes on holiday for a week, or becomes poorly and falls behind on the daily tests?
  • A. The tests that have not been done on the day on which they have been scheduled, will come up as ‘quizzes not attempted’. Your child can just catch up on these missed tests the next time he/she logs on. We recommend that a child completes no more than TWO tests per day, when catching up on missed work.
  • Q. How will I receive feedback regarding my child's performance?
  • A. You, as a parent or mentor, will be given a login to the website. You can then monitor your child’s progress in detail. In addition to this, feedback will be emailed to you on a weekly basis, summarising your child’s progress and recommending any course of action to be taken.
  • Q. I cannot see the progression graph?
