Refunds
Refunds are only granted within the first week. Users must write to KSOL, Lancaster House, Drayton Road, Solihull.B90 4NG. Stating the reason for cancellation. The subscription fee will be refunded. However, registration fees will not be refunded. Refunds are not given for Intial Assessment unless KSOL fail to deliver within 28 days

Registered users can request a cancellation any time without any further obligation
