All applicants are invited to sit a GL assessment, comprising of 2 papers consisting of Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.

Admissions Criteria
The school offers 192 spaces for admission into Year 7. In the highly likely scenario where the number of qualifying applicants exceeds the available spots, the allocation of places follows this hierarchy:
1. Students who are or have been looked after children.
2. Those students identified by Bexley local authority as achieving one of the highest 180 scores in the selection tests.
3. Students with a sibling attending Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School in Years 7-12.
4. Priority to children of staff where the member of staff has been employed at the school.
5. Priority given to students living nearest the school on the basis of proximity to the school measured by reference to the shortest radical distance.
