The Exam
Greenshaw High school, is located in the London Borough of Sutton, the school conducts its examination process in a one exam round, held on-site. All applicants invited to sit the school's Selective Eligibility Test (SET), comprising of 2 papers both multiple choice consisting of Mathematics and English.

Admissions Criteria
The school offers 314 spaces for admission into Year 7. In the highly likely scenario where the number of qualifying applicants exceeds the available spots, the allocation of places follows this hierarchy:
1. Currently looked after children and previously looked after.
2. Students who have an exception social and/or medical need.
3. Priority for children of members of staff.
4. Academic ability - admitted based on the outcome of the SET.
5. For students who will have a sibling at the school at the time of admission.
6. Distance - proximity of the child's home address to the school.
