Priority booking - Year 5 - 11+ Masterclass
Terms and Conditions for Year 5 Masterclass Priority Booking
Priority booking for our Year 5 tuition centres opens at 9:30am, on Monday 3rd November 2025.
Please note that your child must be an active online student on the Year 4 Online Course by Friday 31st October 2025 to receive priority booking.
To secure your child's place, bookings MUST be made by calling our head office on 0121 733 6558, on Monday 3rd November 2025. Bookings open at 9:30am – NO bookings will be accepted before this time, nor will any bookings be taken via email or in-person. No reservations can be made before the aforementioned date and time. All places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, by telephone only.
Please note that your child must be enrolled on the Year 4 Online Course for the entire duration of the priority booking window to ensure their Year 5 place remains secured. Please note if this course is cancelled within the first 14 days of the start date, any Masterclass bookings will also be cancelled.
For the Masterclass Tuition Centre, a deposit of £185 for the first month's fee and a £15 course set-up fee (£200 total) is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.
For the Masterclass Live Centre, a deposit of £155 for the first month's fee and a £15 course set-up fee (£170 total) is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.
If you wish to cancel your place, the deposit is refundable up until 31st July 2026. After this time, we require one month's notice to cancel your child's place. Please note that the £15 course set-up fee is non-refundable.
Priority booking closes on Friday 14th November 2025. From Monday 17th November, bookings will be made available to non-members.

Shirley - SKAN House (B90 4AE) - Mondays - 5pm to 7pm
Sandwell - Brasshouse Community Centre (B66 1BA) - Wednesdays - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Warwick - Hill Close Gardens (CV34 6HF) - Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Sutton Coldfield - Harvest Fields Centre (B75 5TJ) - Thursdays - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Harborne - QAC Hollingworth House Hall (B17 9AA) - Fridays - 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Online Centre - Live teaching via our virtual classroom - Mondays or Tuesdays - 4pm to 5:30pm
