Our team of experienced tutors provide focused 11 plus tuition in an engaging and interactive learning environment. Each week, we introduce new topics required for the 11 plus entrance exam in English, Maths, Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning. Our 1:5 tutor to pupil ratio enables us to spend time improving specific areas of weakness in small, focused groups.
I love to inspire all of my students at the Aylesbury centre. I understand the hard work, time and commitment needed to achieve their 11 plus goals.
As with every centre, we tailor each individual child’s timetable so that they can progress in an effective way. Watching the children grow in confidence as they develop 11 plus knowledge on their academic and personal journey at KSOL is incredibly rewarding.
Your child will receive 2 hours of tuition per week at our Aylesbury Centre. During the session, our tutors will cover weak points highlighted through the online tests and teach a new topic from our 11 plus curriculum.
From Monday - Friday, your child will receive online tests in Maths, English, Verbal and NVR. These tests will be personalised around any weaker areas identified by your child's allocated 11 plus tutor.
Once a month, your child's tutor will email a progress report including feedback, tips and a visual chart of how your child is progressing. If you wish to discuss progress at any other time, chat to your tutor at the centre or give them a call during office hours.
With KSOL, you will have a whole team to support you and your child - give yourself the peace of mind that there will always be a tutor available to help you through the entire 11 plus process.
*All courses subject to a one-off £15 course set-up fee. Click here for full terms and conditions.
My son got into Aylesbury Grammar School. The staff were polite and always there to answer all my questions. Your mock was more than perfect. Your feedback on individual topics was well explained and questions were always set on time. He thoroughly enjoyed the online programme. Thanks.

The 11 plus in Buckinghamshire works as an 'opt-out' process - if your child goes to a Local Authority primary school they will automatically be enrolled to take what is known as the 'transfer test.' To gain entry to one of the 13 selective grammar schools in the area, your child will sit an 11 plus exam produced by the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM) by the University of Durham - from 2018 the provider will be changing to GL assessment. Both are designed to test verbal ability, numerical ability and non verbal reasoning skills.
Our team of experienced 11 plus tutors provide children with a foundation curriculum and resilience learning - skills that will give all children the ability to tackle any kind of exam. We believe in giving children the tools to approach any challenge that may come their way.
